Operating Principle: It operates on the principle of the vertical flaps (flaps\/pallets) on the motor-driven belt strip capturing the material in sections and lifting it upwards along the inclined track without allowing it to slide backwards:<\/p>\n
Steep Climb Up to 60 Degrees: Thanks to special obstacle-pads mounted at regular intervals on the belt surface, the slipping of packaged or bulk products is prevented even on steep inclines, ensuring maximum height transfer in confined spaces.<\/p>\n
Modular Chassis and Design Variability: It can be manufactured as a straight incline, Z-chassis or L-shaped configuration according to the plant layout. It can be designed with fixed feet or as units with mechanically adjustable height.<\/p>\n
Continuous Raw Material Feeding: It continuously supplies raw material to filling, packaging and injection machines. Thanks to its dual-sided operation capability and speed control (inverter) unit, the operating pace can be precisely adjusted to suit the process.<\/p>\n
