Fully Enclosed Volumetric Conveyance: Bulk raw material entering through the universal jointed or flanged inlet is volumetrically advanced within the cylindrical tube as the high-tech SRD helical blades, featuring increased wall thickness, rotate. The fully enclosed tube construction completely prevents dust-form materials from escaping into the external environment.
Rigid Bearing and Robust Sealing: The drive shaft is rendered completely leak-proof using high-quality, pre-stressed natural fibre aluminium/cast seal rings. To maintain the shaft’s linear stability and ensure a long service life, flanged head bearings comprising a cast housing and a milled shaft are used, featuring SRD brand special-design intermediate bearings with segment adjustment, developed through extensive experience.
Resistance to Harsh Conditions and Easy Maintenance: Inspection covers with four-point flexible bolted connections, positioned beneath all intermediate bearings and the inlet, with surfaces fully coated in EPDM, can be quickly removed during maintenance and cleaning.
