The Z Bucket Elevator (Inclined) is a fixed or mobile elevator system that enables the transport of sensitive agricultural products such as grain, seeds and pulses, as well as granular industrial materials, along horizontal, vertical and diagonal axes without the risk of breakage; it offers flexible installation options.
Operating Principle: The system operates on the principle of conveying products—fed into the inlet hopper via manual or magnetic/vibrating feeders—using special plastic buckets attached to a chain mechanism rotating around four sprockets, with the buckets tipping over at the outlet point under their own weight to discharge the material:
Versatile Flexible Conveying: It combines horizontal, vertical and diagonal transfers on a single line, providing flexibility in facilities with space constraints. It can be manufactured in either a fixed or portable (wheeled) model as required.
Precise and Loss-Free Conveyance: Does not damage the structure of fragile foodstuffs and seeds. The buckets seal tightly at the product intake point to prevent spillage, and discharge smoothly at the discharge point.
Optimised Power and Feeding: Can be integrated with magnetic vibrator units to ensure a homogeneous flow of the product. An ideal torque is achieved by selecting a motor-gearbox unit fully compatible with the elevator’s total length and capacity.
Enclosed and Modular Housing: The fully enclosed housing structure prevents dust spillage and protects against external factors. Thanks to its bolted modular design, the line length can be easily adjusted in the future, and bucket options of different volumes can be adapted.
