Inclined conveyor is a high-strength conveying system designed to transfer bulk, powder, granular or packaged industrial products (including those from the mining, chemical, recycling, agricultural, logistics and food sectors) safely, without damage and without interruption, up or down at a specific angle of inclination between levels or floors at different heights.
Operating Principle: It operates on the principle of drums driven by a powerful motor-gear unit, which moves the belt in a linear and angled cycle:
Angled Conveying and Anti-Slip Design: Special profiles, cleats or interlocking plate structures are used on the belt surface to prevent bulk materials or packages from sliding backwards on steep inclines (uphill sections).
Industry-Specific Chassis and Belt Variety: In heavy industry, mining and logistics lines, static oven-painted steel (St-37) chassis and thick rubber/PVC belts, which offer high impact resistance, are preferred.
Process Automation and Flexible Integration: Depending on the facility’s architectural layout, the system can be designed with flat-inclined, gooseneck (L or Z-type) or telescopic (extendable and retractable) frames.
