Operating Principle: It operates on the principle of special plastic buckets, driven by a powerful motor-gear unit and connected to a chain mechanism running in an endless loop around four sprockets, automatically performing the loading and unloading steps with the aid of a pendulum system:
Automatic and Precise Process with Pendulum Mechanism: The integrated pendulum system ensures that the buckets remain balanced along the line. The buckets, which join together seamlessly one after the other in the inlet chute, rotate on their own axis via the pendulum motion at the discharge point, transferring fragile products without shaking them and ensuring they remain undamaged.
High Speed and Maximum Capacity: Thanks to its mechanical infrastructure, which can achieve higher operating speeds compared to traditional vertical bucket elevators, it optimises line efficiency by transferring significantly larger loads in a short time without any loss.
Homogeneous Feeding and Multi-Point Discharge: It typically operates in conjunction with vibrating feeder units to ensure a balanced product inflow. The fully enclosed body structure prevents dust escape whilst offering the flexibility to discharge at multiple points along the line according to the plant layout.
Modular Construction and Low Maintenance: The rigid housing structure, manufactured modularly with fully bolted joints, facilitates future adjustments to dimensions and bucket replacement according to operational requirements. Thanks to its optimised mechanical design, it requires significantly less maintenance than traditional systems and reduces operating costs.
