The Pendulum Z Elevator Bucket is a plastic conveying system featuring a pendulum mechanism that enables the high-efficiency conveyance of delicate or fine-grained bulk products—such as nuts, pulses, coffee, foodstuffs and chemicals—without spillage or breakage, thanks to its special leak-proof design.
Operating Principle: The buckets are connected to double-track conveyor chains via articulated shafts that allow for pendulum motion, operating on the principle of gravitational balance:
Pendulum and Sealing Balance: The bucket body remains parallel to the ground (vertical) at all times, unaffected by the conveyor’s horizontal or vertical direction changes. The buckets’ interlocking, sealed edge design completely prevents small-particle products from spilling into the gaps between the chains.
Flexible Speed and Capacity: Thanks to the wide tolerance between the minimum and maximum operating speeds, it provides a flexible, high-efficiency flow tailored to the production line’s instantaneous throughput and capacity.
Precise Discharge: Buckets arriving at the discharge station rotate on their own axis via a mechanical guide or cam, transferring the product to the next station precisely without damaging or breaking it.
