Operating Principle: Driven by mechanical motion from a rubber-coated drive drum, the anti-static, high-strength belt rubber performs a continuous linear cycle within the enclosed housing:
Slip-Free Transmission and Support: The rubber-coated drive drum prevents the belt from slipping, transferring the motor’s power to the belt with full efficiency. Dual or triple roller groups compliant with DIN standards provide excellent support for the belt under high-capacity loads.
Minimal Friction and Energy Savings: The wear-resistant, anti-static UHMW polyethylene sheets located on the conveyor base allow the belt to slide with minimal friction, thereby preventing mechanical wear and reducing energy consumption.
Automatic Self-Cleaning: Wear-resistant UHMW pallets on either side of the tail drum automatically scrape dust and material that has fallen into the enclosed housing and return it to the belt; thus, no build-up or jamming occurs within the system.
