Vibrating Feeding Hopper: a vibrating storage and dosing unit that ensures the homogeneous, controlled and uninterrupted transfer of powder, granule or bulk products to subsequent processing, conveying or packaging lines without blockages.
Principle of Operation: The product loaded into the hopper is discharged via linear micro-vibrations generated by the vibrator motor on the body:
Vibrating Conveyance: The raw material poured into the flow channel is propelled forward in a regular curtain-like manner by the vibrating movements produced by the 0.37 kW vibrator motor.
Anti-Blocking: Continuous vibration action prevents dust or moist products with poor flowability from becoming compacted (bridging) inside the hopper.
Robust Construction: Manufactured with body options tailored to requirements: fully stainless steel (AISI 304 CrNi) for food processing lines, or statically oven-painted (St-37) for industrial lines.
